90% sure I’m starting my second miscarriage in a row this weekend.
I can’t control this, but I can control what I do next. Started googling, and instantly overwhelmed with all the information out there, so I wondered whether we could have a thread on what we can do to increase our chances.
So far I’ve got:
- TTC pregnacare
- cut right back on alcohol and caffeine
- healthier diet: cut back meat in particular?
- exercise and drink water and more sleep
Anything else? Can anyone recommend any miracle supplements or herbs which are worth a go?
I’ll also be seeing my dr but right now, this very minute, I need a plan I can implement myself to get me through this!
