AF 5 days late but BFN..

So basically, AF was due to arrive 5 days ago now, I have had a few questionable IC tests but nothing I'd class as glaringly positive... I had some brown spotting about 4 days before my AF was due, but literally lasted a day and didn't even need a pad it was that light. I thought that might be implantation bleeding but I'm not sure now.. I have done a FRER and it was negative, it wasn't stark white, there might have been a tiny thing there but can't trust these line eyes 😩 anyone had a similar experience and what was the outcome?

I'm sitting at 7 days waiting on AF and just did a test that was negative

I’m in the same boat, AF is 2 days late just done a FRER and its negative had a teensy bit of blood stained discharge 3 days ago whats going on?? I’m assuming I’m not pregnant as FRER are really accurate aren’t they? but where’s my period?

It's so annoying isn't it! I'm 6 days late today and it's driving me insane! Negatives on FRER but the faintest line ever on IC's but think I'm just seeing things...

Oh wow susso 6 days late! I guess we’re not out til AF arrives. I didn’t test FMU so will prob test again tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed the line you saw was a line and it’s darker tomorrow!

@Littlechief i know, I'm so late!! Fingers crossed for us both! It's so annoying because I feel pregnant but I'm just getting nothing!!

I had this exact same thing and was late for seven days with about 10 bfns. I think we get stressed with ttc which delays things and then sometimes I think there has been something going on like a chemical pregnancy to also make it late. It's heartbreaking when you're late but I just think it's one of the downsides of ttc - ie that our bodies like to play tricks on us. I was kind of relieved when my period came as not knowing way so annoying. Sending hugs your way.

@bridget33 yeah you're definitely right, I think it is just our bodies playing tricks! I just want AF to come or to get a BFP at this point either is fine haha! It's just so annoying not knowing!

I ovulate later so I got bfn with first response until it was 10 days past my missed period. Clear blue was the first to pick it up xxxx

@Carri90 I hope I do get a BFP but I'm not sure I will, I'm 9/10 days ish late today and still BFN! May get a clear blue xxx

I find clear blue better, a lot of people prefer first response but I find them not as good xxx
