Period is 12 days late, have s few symptoms of pregnancy, all tests are negative.
Spoke to gp who has upped my levothyroxine been on them a week and still no period. Had a vt scan last month that was clear. So running out of things to consider as to why I've not had a period.

@jodes86 didn't want to read and run. Hope the docs find a treatable cause. For you so you can get on with things.

I was a regular 29 days cycle for as long as I had been off the pill. One month I had a 50 day cycle out of the blue. I put it down to not ovulating hat month. The next month returned to normal. Hope you're out of limbo really soon.

I would just love to be able to say yes it's because of thyroid or its just a missed period.
I was hoping that others with thyroid issues my have experienced similar when trying to conceive.
Thing is I know if i go doctors they will blame it on weight or depression. Its catch 22 my weight is down to my thyroid and rather than treat thyroid they'd rather have me on antidepressants.
Thankfully paid for some private blood tests so hopefully will soon know what's going on & baby making can become fun again. 😁
