I took seven seas total 7 it has the right amount of folic and other vits for women trying to get pregnant but doesn't make you feel sick like pregnacare x

Just bog standard folic acid if you already have a good diet.

I should say, I was taking a multi vitamin plus iron before so wanted to stick to a wider range than just the folic acid.

You have probably tried but do you take them with food? I think that is supposed to stop the sick feeling when taking them.

That's a shame. I have never felt sick with any vitamins I have taken so couldn't tell you if you might on the ones I use.
