Hi All

Just wondering if anyone charts?! Looking for some help/advice?!

It's my first time charting and usually get a + opk around day 11/12 (tomorrow).

What should by temps do to confirm ov?!

Also how do you calculate the base temp?!xx

Ovulation is confirmed by three consecutive temps above the cover line. The day of ovulation is the day before these three temps. Some people see a noticeable dip of temps on this day, but its the temperature shift following ovulation that's important.

The cover line is calculated using the last 6 temps before the temperature shift. 0.5 degree is added onto the highest of these 6 temps if you are using Celsius, 1 degree added if you work in Fahrenheit. Most apps will calculate this coverline for you.
