I don't thank no there are many on here not stressing but come join the June Bus and we'll keep you going. Lots of different methods going on but ultimately it's just sex and luck! Good luck!

I dealt with it by attempting to control any variables I could... So no caffeine, no alcohol, stopped working night shifts, working towards my ideal weight (never smoked so didn't need to do anything about that).I figured that my age was against me (36) so if I did everything else in power to improve my chances I would feel happier and more relaxed.
I bought ovulation tests but never got to use them as I concieved the month I bought them.

I wouldn't but the Ovulation strips.
I did for ttc a few months with my first preg and again for about 4 months ttc for the second pregnancy but it stressed me out more knowing exactly when and trying to control it.
I also did similar to the previous poster and controled my diet, exercise, and silly superstitions you read on the net like keep your feet warm, have pineapple core from day x, do a handstand and dance a jig.

All bs may I add. What it comes down to is biology and chemicals.
I got pregnant all three months I gave up trying and didn't have a clue when I was actually ovulating or even due on.
Only problem now is keeping those beans sticky....
That's all the advise I can give, good luck! 😊
