Newbie here... Hello !

My partner and I have decided to start trying for a baby and I am so excited as neither of us have tried with anyone else.
However my partner who is a firefighter on sick leave still had open heart surgery in February and has an infection which he is still being treated for.
Sex is allowed as we asked the Drs and I wouldn't be so selfish as to just try without making sure he is ok . The aortic dissection emergency was enough worry!
So we have tried tonight but for the first time there were issues downstairs and after he felt funny. I've suggested we wait but he is adamant we keep trying . My question is ..? Would the medication he is on affect erectile disfunction ?
Thank you Smile

Absolutely!! Especially one designed to slow the flow of blood around the body. So many meds have an effect like this. My partner is type one diabetic and we've had the odd moment in the past . Friendly word of advice don't discuss it at length just say oh well let's try again later, I found the more we analyzed it and discussed it it gets inside their heads and then they definitely won't rise to the occasion. Best of luck xoxoxox
