I've been reading up about this and curious if you really can? Xx

Not really no. If you have lining issues then there are some things that can help thicken it but if your lining is fine already then there’s nothing you can actually do to aid implantation

As far as I know all is OK. I have one son already so fingers crossed no problems this time. Just reading up about it and wondered if there was any truth to it? Can you tell I'm in 2ww? Lol xx

Lol I can. I would avoid looking things like that up online. You’ll find all sorts saying that this and that will help you get pregnant. Standing on your head after sex will conceive a boy, drinking green tea at 8am in a Sunday will help implantation, not wearing a bra will make you more fertile... It’s all a load of rubbish. Unless you have fertility issues, there’s nothing you can really do to help implantation or even to conceive in the first place (except having sex regularly obviously) Everything else is just a gimmick to make you waste your time and, more often than not, your money. As someone who has been trying for coming up to two years but with unexplained infertility I.e. there is nothing medically wrong with our fertility, trust me, none of these things actually work or I would have been pregnant by now lol

I did read that putting your feet on a hot water bottle helps but it seems a bit of a long shot Grin
