Agnus castus

Hi all just wondering if anyone has heard of agnus castus (vitex)? Has it helped anyone conceive? I've read mixed reviews on it some saying it helped some saying they think it caused miscarriage.

I've had 2 miscarriages both within 6 months so a little worried whether to try it.

I took it to shorten my cycles which it did help with. You are supposed to take it from cd1 until you ovulate and then stop so it shouldn't cause any harm.
I think it only really helps with regulating cycles so if you are pretty regular and confident you're ovulating I wouldn't bother taking it.

i wasn't TTC i was taking it for other reasons but i was pregnant within 6 weeks

My cycles are regular, they average between 29-31 days and pretty sure I ovulate. Ewcm and cramps on ov date which is usually cd14-16.

Was wondering if my progesterone was low due to having two miscarriages. Heard the agnus castus can help with that.

I'm really sorry to hear youve had 2 miscarriages. Ttc is rough!
I tried for 10 months and then had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and then conceived 4 months later and had a healthy baby boy all while taking AC so not sure if it helped or if that would have happened anyway.
It's worth a try even if only for a few months? Just remember to stop in the tww! I really hope you get your bfp soon xx
