We all know that heavy exercise can effect ovulation but can it also effect implantation?

Internet’s mixed on this it seems. Does anyone have any experience of it?

Hello - would also be interested in this! Implantation is due around the time I will be doing samba and the teacher is crazy so gets us jumping really hard etc! Really don’t want to miss it because it’s so much fun but don’t want to risk anything as already had 2 miscarriages! Last week I then also ran home - probably won’t be doing that this week though!

No. I ran two half marathons in my TWW the first time I was pregnant. You have to be really, seriously overdoing it for it to affect anything.

Has anyone done spin classes while
TTC or pregnant? Can't that have an effect? X

PrincessPunzie · 19/05/2018 08:05

Yes. I spin between two and four times a week and I’ve been pregnant twice. I spun all throughout TTC and while pregnant - in fact I did a class the night before before my son arrived x

PrincessPunzie · 19/05/2018 08:06

I’m also off to do a spin class now Smile (TTC again and in the TWW) Enjoy your exercise x

Thanks Princess. I’ll crack on with current plans then :)
