I'm on CD 13 does that sound about right? I've been on the pill for 5 years so totally forgot how all this works Smile

Yep! In a typical 28 day cycle you ovulate on day 14, so your positive OPK shows you're having your surge today meaning you'll likely ovulate over the next 24 hours. All the good signs of a healthy cycle.

Thank you @BuntyII I'm on a bloody night shift tonight Sad should an OPK be positive again today. Sorry about the questions I must sound so stupid
