How many times should you dtd?

Hi ladies. So, my fertile window is approaching and I just wondered what people thought was best? I've heard mixed comments but wondered just how much you should be bding around your fertile window? Thanks xx

Every other day is enough but every day is also fine. My fertility doctor said there’s no truth to the claim that having sex every day produces less/bad quality sperm as it regenerates very quickly. He did say however that sex more than once a day can have an effect on sperm quality

I think every other day. Try to aim for 2 days before and day of ovulation

Thanks ladies. I was going to go for every other day. I actually already have a child (2 to son 😊) but I feel new all over ago lol. Xx
