Short luteal phase / low progesterone

I’ve read about short luteal phase (less than 10 days) and how it is associated with infertility and early miscarriage due to low or insufficient progesterone.

Anyone has this issue and please can you share with my your story?

I’m pretty certain I have short luteal phase (ranging from 6-9 days) and this could be the cause of my previous miscarriage (at 9 weeks baby measured 6-7 weeks).

What I’m worried about is if I get pregnant again, my progesterone may not be efficient to feed the baby in the first trimester. I heard that you can get progesterone supplement, do they work? What else can be done?
