Early, early signs and symptoms

Hi,

I'm a first-time poster, long-timer lurker

For those of you that have had pregnancies/babies before - what were your first symptoms and when did they occur?

I keep hearing stories about women who just ""know" a few days after ovulation/conception. Is this possible?!

I knew with my third, I think you just recognise the subtle feelings. But I had no idea with my first, and all symptoms were the same as pmt.
From around the time I was due on I had dizziness, cramps and slightly sore boobs.
The nausea and sickness didn't start until around 6 weeks
