Looking for a little advice

I already have 3 kids,fell easily pg's all fine,but have met a new partner and we would love to have a baby together.he has a low sperm count and what he has has poor mobility so im basically looking for any kind of advice that might help us conceive on that .

Fell pg 7+ years ago without trying, big shock!!

Only advice I can give is: don't try too hard, enjoy it for what it is! and frequent sex at the appropriate time (doggy style, sorry to be so crass!).
