DTD Saturday night, had an absolutely unequivocally positive OPK on Sunday, I have tender breasts today. That’s menstrual, right?

Yep. It’s progesterone related due to a rise after ovulation

So there’s no way I could be having pregnancy symptoms already?

A positive OKP means that you’re going to ovulate within the next 12-36 hours, so if the positive OKP was on Sunday then the tender breasts could be ovulation.

Absolutely not I’m afraid. Actual pregnancy symptoms don’t occur until around week 4-5 of a pregnancy. Everything I’m your tww is a progesterone related symptom. If you got a positive opk on Sunday, it’s possible you didn’t ovulate until Monday, even today. After you have ovulated, if you conceive, the egg doesn’t implant until around day 9 post ov so your body doesn’t even know it’s pregnant until then.

Thank you! I was almost certain it couldn’t possibly be pregnancy related so soon but i work with radiation so wanted to sanity check myself to be on the safe side 🙈
