I am currently taking the seven seas trying for a baby and my boyfriend has been taking the conceive plus men's fertility capsules. We have been thinking about changing his vitamins to either Wellman Conception or just zinc and vit c but I just wanted some advice on what others have used and what helped yu conceive.

I find that I can search for anything and find people saying it worked for them, Amazon seems to have positive reviews on so much stuff! I'm on folic acid and vit d (the latter because I am deficient) and DH is on Wellmans but we shall see what happens. I think I have read about people saying a certain B vit extended their luteal phase too? Or pregnancare maybe...

I'm the same lol everything I find seems to have good and bad reviews I was just unsure wether the multivits had the full daily allowance but I suppose without buying all the vitamins separately your never going to get the full daily amount
