TCC same-sex iui

Hello!

Newbie here from Yorkshire. My wife and I have just started the journey to hopefully conceive using donor sperm and iui. So far we have just spoken to the GP and I've had some fertility tests on the NHS. I'd love to hear from people who have gone through the same process - there is a shocking lack of info out there.
