...by two days but just did a (Tesco) test and bfn. Feeling a bit nauseous and sore boobs though ! If I go and get a frer there's presumably no point trying to do it today as will have missed fmu and have to wait for tomorrow anyway right? Eek, any ideas?

You could have ovulated later than you thought (or not at all) which is the biggest culprit of a late period other than pregnancy. I would do a frer in the morning as they are the most sensitive tests

I've been like clockwork since tracking for over a year. Just went and bought what I thought was FRER but managed to get the rapid results ones instead and didn't realise until got back and opened the box 😤 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh that’s annoying. If it’s any consolation, I’ve been ttc 19 months and have very regular 28 day cycles that I could pinpoint almost to the hour, yet last month I didn’t get my period until cd31. Turns out I didn’t ovulate. It happened one other time last year where my period turned up on cd34 but I ovulated very late for no apparent reason on cd20 (that month my ovulation was confirmed with a blood test as well). It’s uncommon but possible to ovulate late or not at all even if you have regular cycles. Get back out and buy a frer, good luck!
