Just after a bit of advise. Me and my partner have been ttc for sometime now. I've had all the tests and have all cone back normal for me however my partners sperm analysis has come back saying sever teratozoospermia with asthenozoospermia . Has anyone conceived with there partner having the above. I'm starting to think it's never going to happen for us. My cycles have been really long (46 days) however this month I had a 36 day cycle so I was 10 days early which is always a good sign that my cycles are returning back to normal.
Please can someone advise if it is likely to happen without interventions etc.
