FRER indent lines

Anyone else noticed these days FRER test have the worst indent lines? I tested 4 times using these last week - 2 different batch numbers on the box - and had a noticeable line on every one. There wasn't any pink to it, but the line was obvious enough to give some false hope. Fortunately I had done some googling and found that these indent lines are popping up very frequently.

I always thought FRERs were totally reliable, and a line is a line... apparently not!

I’ve had lots of these too. I’ve been able to see line before peeing on them sometimes.

Same. The first few I admittedly didn't look for a line before using it (why would I!?) but the last one I looked and there it was.

They also do this shitty thing where when you watch the pee run up the window the test line shows up clear as day, then disappears again. Enough to get the heart racing for a moment!!

The easy answer is don't test too early so that you would expect good solid lines and no squinted. But the allure of the FRER is that you should be able to test early!

I had some terrible indents . Really gutted me as years ago I had my very first bfp when preg with both kids using frer. So I had always associated them with v v early reliable results .
