This is after a MMC at 12 weeks and 2 chemicals. DH has been on supplements for 5 weeks for DNA fragmentation. This came up within 2-3 minutes but I'm only 10dpo and it isn't FMU. Is this normal?

After 5 mins the test line is now darker than the control. I did OPKs and have a regular cycle and I'm definitely 10dpo. Was terrified to test because I hate faint lines and have obviously had a few losses. Is this normal for 10dpo? My boobs are sore and I was dizzy yesterday and had implantation bleeding 2 days ago apart from that I don't have any symptoms.

It does seem very dark. Any chance you ovulated early? Could be twins!

Frosty66612 · 04/05/2018 12:51

Could you have ovulated a few days early? I always ovulated on day 14 or 15 but randomly ovulated on day 7 once and fell pregnant

Downeyhouse · 04/05/2018 12:53

Well congratulations!
I got a similar line at 10dpo. Ds is now 14!!

userabcname · 04/05/2018 12:53

I was going to say twins!!!

WhiskeyStone · 04/05/2018 12:53

I definitely ovulated when I thought I did because I was taking OPKs throughout the cycle, plus monitoring EWCM, then had the implantation spotting 2 days ago. My cycle seemed perfectly normal.

Any baby at the end of a pregnancy would be amazing but twins would be fantastic, I can't hope for that though I will be terrified until 12 weeks but this strong line is giving me hope. I just don't understand it.

Congrats!

I am new to ttc so forgive me if a silly question, why are some saying mayne twins? Is this to do with postive test earlier or the darker line? Thank you!

HeresMeh · 04/05/2018 13:05

Mine was EXACTLY the same at 10dpo and I'm now 11 weeks pregnant!

Mrsjones17 · 04/05/2018 13:44

Wow congrats. What supplements was your DH taking?

WhiskeyStone · 04/05/2018 13:51

@HeresMeh thank you I'm pleased you had a similar line I'm such a worrier and stared wondering why it was so dark.

WhiskeyStone · 04/05/2018 13:53

@Mrsjones17 He was diagnosed with sperm DNA fragmentation as a result of testing for the repeated losses. He started taking proxeed which I ordered from Amazon and he was also taking spirulina and zinc which the fertility consultant told him to take. I'm really hoping it's made a difference and this one will stick, he'd only been on the supplements for about 5 or 6 weeks at the time of my fertile week.

Mine was like that at 14dpo with twins! Congratulations!

12PurpleSnails · 04/05/2018 14:17

I got my BFP at 9dpo, the line was clear but not that dark. Might be worth seeing your GP just to rule anything like a molar pregnancy out.

WhiskeyStone · 04/05/2018 14:26

@12PurpleSnails I've been googling and that's what I'm worried about.

A really strong line! Hope it is a positive Thanks

Polly99 · 04/05/2018 14:42

I had a good strong line on the afternoon of 11DPO with my Singleton DD2. Congratulations!

WhiskeyStone · 04/05/2018 16:38

That's good to know Polly I'm worried that the HCG may be unusually high.

Congratulations! :)

I also wondered if it could be twins, but I guess time will tell.

I hope you have a healthy pregnancy with this little one. xxx
