Hi all. I recently had my HSG on Monday just gone and afterwards I did have slight bleeding (fresh blood) when I wiped but it lasted no longer from one toilet trip straight after the HSG to the next which would of been a couple of hours max which when I wiped was clear.
Anyway Tuesday came and every toilet trip was clear of blood, even the Wednesday morning was clear until around 1 o'clock and I again noticed some fresh blood when I wiped so I used a sanitary pad for awhile and a tiny bit of blood staining was on the pad but nothing like a usual period would be and blood when I wiped carried on for that day.
So it's now Thursday and I still have slight bleeding but it's not fresh anymore it's more like brown stringy discharge. Now I do have PCOS so my period are all over the place but when I do get a period I try to track the next one as much as I can and I know I should be due a period tomorrow if my periods were regular so I could of past it off as a early period but the bleeding I've been experiencing seems to be stopping rather than actually starting plus I do know bleeding after a HSG is normal but I don't understand how I went all Monday night through all of Tuesday and Wednesday morning with no signs of any blood.
Me and my partner did have intercourse on the Monday night I felt no pain or had any blood afterwards either and I still have no pain now or any fever so I highly doubt it's any sort of infection which I know can be possible and we have been TTC but I had a pregnancy test done at the hospital right before the HSG and I can only assume it was negative as the procedure was carried out.
Just wondering if anyone else who's had a HSG experienced what I am right now or any suggestions to what it would be?
