I've always had a 10 day LP but I'm 8DPO and started bleeding today. I did get positive OPKs 4 days before my temp rise so if I went by that it would be around the normal length. I've always thought the temps would be more accurate though (especially as I use an Ava bracelet that takes an average of temps over night so less of a margin of error than using a bbt thermometer).
The cramps are really, really painful as well. Much more than usual!
Anyone experienced a shorter than usual luteal phase? Hoping it's just a one off but would love to know what's causing it, especially as it's so painful!

Mine have been short since coming off the depo mine's probably due to low progesterone hopefully this is just a one off for you

I remember my cycles being all over the place when I came off the depo (many years ago now!) hope yours sort themselves out soon.
I wondering if something has affected my progesterone levels this month then?
