Illness and ovulation?

My last cycle was anovulatory and ended up being 31 days instead of my usual 28. On CD9 this cycle, I got extremely unwell with tonsillitis and ended up in hospital. The next evening, I took an opk as I’d noticed ewcm although it was creamy not clear. The test line was fairly dark but not positive. Took another every day since but the test line has either been really faint or not there at all. I’ve had no fertile cm other than a bit of creamy ewcm on CD10 and a tiny bit of it today. The rest of the time it has been lotion like.

Usually I have watery cm/ewcm 3-4 days before I ovulate and my opks start getting gradually darker from CD11. I’m due to ov on Tuesday but I’m getting no lines on my opks and no fertile cm. Could the fact I was ill have had an effect? Is it possible to be gearing up to ov (getting darker lines and some ewcm) but then your body deciding to stop? I don’t think I could have ovulated earlier than CD9, I didn’t have any fertile cm before then either. I’m just a little worried that for some unknown reason, I’m not ovulating properly now after my anovulatory cycle last month and having no sign of ov this month. I’ve been doing this for 19 months and I’m usually very regular and I’ve had blood tests to show I do ovulate. The only thing I can think is that I was due to start ovulating but being ill, my body has changed its mind and maybe I’ll ovulate late?
