Hi all this is my first question here
I have been on the pill for 4 years and never had problems with breakthrough bleeding. Periods always arrive every 4th Wednesday. I’ve never missed a pill and am very religious about taking it on time. After my last period, I started getting spotting 4 days later, which has lasted until now (10 days later). It’s light enough to not need a pad, and is watery consistency, Brown mostly but sometimes pink. I did pregnancy test 2 days ago whic was negative (faint line showed up an hour later), did 2nd test yesterday and negative. I visited doc today and they looked at my cervix all was normal, and she took anothe urine sample to test.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have had very mild cramps for about a week, metallic taste in mouth and some fatigue but these could be coincidental as I know I’m thinking about it.
Is it possible for pregnancy test to be showing false negative?
