Hi guys! I came off my pill 7 months ago.
I didn't get a period until Feb which lasted 4 days and is didn't get a lot of symptoms with this period until it came. Was this my withdrawal?
My second period has just come and gone and lasted 4 days again. This time I had strong symptoms prior such as mood issues and very sensitive boobs. This period was fairly light after the first day.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Should I start using OPKS to track??
