Tmi warning. Forgotten pill.

Hello. First time posting and apart from wondering if I've posted in the right place I also feel pretty stupid asking for anybody to be able to relate. I'm a grown woman and forgot to take my pill! Hubby and I had a very rare night out and completely forgot about it.. Not at all like me to do that as we are not trying for another baby. Here is a TMI time line...

my last period started 22/03 and finished on 29/03
I did not take my pill 30/04 at all
31/04 I forgot to take this pill (but see further below)
We had sex early hours on 01/04 and I remembered my missed pill in a panic but took it within 12 hours of when I should've taken it. Also 12 hours after secyI was having see through CM with a tiny bit of old coloured blood tinged to it.

Fast forward....

My cycle lasts between 28-32 days. Lots of negative tests later and today I've had white CM with brown blood tinged in it... A negative test with FMU today. Am u testing too early? It's been a long time since we last were ttcing and I've Ben on the mini pill for almost a year and have always had a regular period. Can anyone offer any advice to a silly woman like me?

I think you're probably safe.

Even if you DID ovulate at some point between 30/3 and 8/4 (the 7 day time period you are advised to take extra precautions for, plus a couple of days) then you are outside the 2ww for your tests.

You're between 22 and 30 days past (possible) ovulation so you're definitely not testing too early :)

Ive forgotten to take mine many times in the past 6 years and always being ok. I come from a very fertile family too and we all fall pregnant the month we come off the pill.
Last summer I forgot to take it on holiday so was without for 5 days and was fine. I've forgot the off time here and there and being ok. Xx
