Can anyone give me some advice

I’m 8 days past ovulation or there abouts. The past couple of days I’ve had mild stabbing pains in my lower back, mild shooting pains in my lower right abdomen, woke up with a mild headache this morning which has worn off I have felt sick since about 1 o clock this afternoon and been sick twice. My period is due around the 6th May, could these be early period symptoms or should I be taking a pregnancy test? Tia

Symptoms you have during your tww aren’t related to pregnancy. Doesn’t mean you aren’t pregnant, just that they’re nothing to do with it. I would personally say it’s too early to test and would wait until your period is late just to save on disappointment/money

8 dpo is a bit early for testing. Although... For what it's worth, I swear I felt the exact moment the baby I am now 29 weeks pregnant with implant. I knew I was pregnant before I was due this time. Amazon cheapy tests are great fun if you haven't the patience to wait.

Did you have any symptoms during implantation out of interest, it’s amazing that you felt that! Congratulations aswell! X

No I didn't! Literally sat on the sofa one day and felt a niggling like ovulation pain and just knew what it was. It may of course have been utter coincidence. I really hope you get the BFP you're looking for. Exciting times!

I’m 18 weeks and got my BFP at 8dpo. But used a frer and it was faint xx

I had symptoms from about 7dpo. My boobs were hurting and I had waves of nausea. I also noticed my wee smelled funny (or my sense of smell went weird) I got a faint positive at 10dpo. I would say that early testing, while it was good to know I was pregnant, made the wait between finding out and my first private scan (7wks) a hell of a lot longer! Good luck xx

It’s just the waiting to test I suppose isn’t it! Congratulations, it is strange how symptoms just come and go isn’t it makes it 10x more confusing!! Thanks for your advice it’s all helpful. X
