Boboelephant I think she said 4 weeks from first negative pregnancy test just to help them with dating. The other doctor I saw and the nurse both said it's best to wait until after first period, but I think this lady took pity on me because it's been such a drawn out process from start to finish (MMC, two failed medical managements and eventual surgical management followed by very prolonged and slow drop in HCG), so she told me that in case I wanted to try straight away (but also made sure I knew she wasn't assuming I wanted to). Lovely lady, actually. Can't fault the care I've received. It makes the world of difference to feel supported and well looked after by the hospital staff.

Well I think my symptoms were all just signs of AF getting on her broomstick to come for a visit. Today on the way home I was just thinking that I hadn't had any signs or symptoms of either pregnancy or period and then felt a mini gush down there (I think my body has a serious irony issue). Thought it might have been CM, but it looks like AF has arrived. I totally forgot about PMS (never had it on the pill); that totally explains the mood swings!

I’m loving the JKS motto, that’s gonna be my motto for this month 🤣

@strawberrye I’m glad you finally have answers and also that it’s not an ectopic. I’m so sorry though, that’s rubbish. Sending you lots of hugs

@Eastend that’s great that you’ve got counselling sessions, I think somewhere to vent and let it all out will definitely help. I hope it does. Really hope you’re feeling more positive soon, it’s so hard though I know!

@L1zz13 I'm the same! Mine are all over the place and if I get 30 days it's a good cycle! I'm expecting to ovulate tomorrow too so fx for us both. Also have the killer back pain!! It is crap!

@Boboelephant todays one was negative. Sitting at the same as the others. I feel as if iv had a few fertile days, but app says ov day is 9/5. So as will JKS 😂

Hey @YellowDaffodils86 all good here thanks, super busy at work (just got in 😒) so it's keeping me distracted but have got a bit I'm bored of opks so haven't done one today and now worried I'll have missed it! Ah well. Still keeping up the marathon but have to say we missed a day yesterday..both so knackered! Going to test now... poas Friday here I come!

Today's opks are just as light as negative can get.
Wondering if they might be dodgy as I did an hcg one by mistake. It came out with the same as my opks and it's impossible I can be pregnant!
So ignoring them and going by my body I have either O'd or about to (or not).
Hubbo pissed and asleep on the sofa I have the bed to myself. Hoorah. Not feeling horny anymore!!😉

@L1zz13 sorry the opks haven't told you anything. I wonder if your surge was just super quick and in the middle of the night. I only had one positive opk and it was faint 5 hours before and the following morning so it's possible.

Got some spotting this morning. Major PMS yesterday (pains, emotional, didn't sleep etc) the likes of which I've never experienced before so it's definitely AF but so glad things are finally getting back to "normal" 15 weeks after my miscarriage.

Hope everyone has lovely plans for the Bank Holiday weekend. The sun is out here so we're off to Folly Farm in West 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 for my DS and nephews birthdays. Better find the sun cream 🕶☀️

In the box of opks were some hcg tests I picked out the the wrong one and it had a feint positive.
I tried a different brand one and that was neg.
will double check with my 1st wee of the day ( I'm chillazing in bed still).
No way that's is true positive. I reckon it's either faulty or left over from mc.

On groupon ladies....

Enter a whole world of depression as I came across this thing call ‘anovulatory cycle’. Perhaps I didn’t and won’t ovulate at all this cycle. Perhaps I have trouble ovulating. Because I religiously do the OPKs and they’re all negative and now that I come to think about it my period has been pretty light which could mean it’s not real period but just withdrawal bleeding.
Next cycle I will do the basal temperature chart as well to make sure I can track that ovulation really happens.

Ok so you’re all going to think I’ve lost the plot. AF arrived bang on time March 27th and was a normal period.
Last 2 days I’ve had nausea similar to my previous pregnancy and just generally feeling a bit crap. I know it’s totally illogical that I could be pregnant but it’s amazing how my brain can’t stop thinking of the what if’s!

Ive just read through the reviews on Amazon where I bought my opks. A few people are saying the lines don't darken as much as other brands. That might explain why a surge is not being seen.
As for hcg no idea. But tested with two other brands and they are neg.

@Cakelaur my mc was on the 15th March. I'm sure the hcg was faulty. I might contact the supplier to complain or at least make them aware. I am defo not pregnant! There is just no way. Shagging and timings just don't match up in the slightest!

Hmmm. Have you had a period since then? My LMP was 13th March, I'm now 7 weeks. Is there NO WAY you could have ovulated 10days a go? Showing a very early bfp?

@Cakelaur 10 days okay was my last day of Af. Highly unlikely. Plus there was no shagging on Af. I have white sheets lol 😂
I reckon mc related. My back has been sore for 4 days now. Not 100% if it's physical exercise or gynae related. But if gynae maybe I've still got some retained stuff hiding in there.
Just looked at one of the tests i did hours ago. 2/3 are now faint pos!

I know they suggest they should not be read out of the time frame but as I'm not taking them seriously it doesn't really matter.
