TTC - pains/nausea/discharge

Hello, basically TTC, approximately 2/3 weeks ago instead of my period i had spotting only when i wiped, bright red, dark red, Brown, then the morning after the spotting finished i noticed my bra was wet but only from one boob, that only happened the once. Now the past week or so ive had stabbing pains in both breasts, Ovaries, pains in my left/right side, lower back ache, waves of nausea, then today i noticed some more bright red spotting but again only when i wiped and that was only the once today, all pregnancy tests ive done so far are negative so could this all just be signs of a hormonal inbalance? TIA :)

High prolactin can cause leaky boobs, have you had any blood tests done? Also have you recently come off birth control? The other symptoms all sound quite similar to ones I had in the first 6 or so months after I came off the implant

I came off the pill (forgot the name) 4 ish months ago, but i was only on it a month, long story lol, but basically since coming of my period where fairly normal and every 5 weeks and ive always been irregular anyway, ive got a 4 week apppintment at the doctors so i guess il have to wait it out until then lol xx
