Does anyone know if my FF chart seems ok? I’m not sure if the temp rise after ovulation is high enough..? I’ve started using progesterone cream from day 14 this cycle too.

Looks totally fine to me! You’re looking for a biphasic chart where afternoon ovulation is higher than before ovulation, and that is clearly visible on yours!

Also 750mg vitamin C for progesterone is also meant to be good in case you’re not taking it already
