Vitamin B6 is a hormone regulator and fat as I’m aware. And can lengthen a woman’s luteal phase to help prevent miscarriage x

@MagicalCreatures that's what i thought i did but i wanted someone to confirm before i start taking it i only have an 11 day lp so hopefully it will help

Hi @winterwarmers - just wanted to hop on and say I would definitely recommend b6 if you want to lengthen. I had a 7/8 day luteal phase and took b6 last cycle and am currently 4/5 weeks pregnant. Could be a coincidence but something worked this month and it's the only thing I changed!

polkadotpixie · 24/04/2018 19:20

I tried B6 to lengthen my luteal phase (10/11 days). It didn't make it any longer but I did eventually manage to get pregnant (although it took 12 cycles) and I'm now 19 weeks so an 11 day luteal phase is not the end of the world so try not to worry too much 😊

It’s worth a try winterwarmers won’t do any harm.
