Period late but negative pregnancy tests?

So, I stopped taking birth control and had withdrawal bleed on 28th February, and had my first proper period on 26th March. So my first proper cycle was 26 days. We DTD late at night on 3rd April (or thinking about it it was probably after midnight so technically 4th). I think I ovulated around 7th/8th April. If I go by my first cycle, AF was due on 21st April (CD26).
I am now on CD30 and no AF. I have started to feel a little nauseous but I am generally a sicky person anyway so can’t read too much in to that.

Today my boobs have started to feel quite tender and painful.

I did a pregnancy test yesterday but it came back negative (as did another test on 21st).

Is it possible that I could actually be pregnant but the tests aren’t showing it? Did anyone else not get a positive result until a while after AF was due?

Oh and just to add that I did fall pregnant during my first cycle with my DS who is now 6 years old

When i came off the pill i had a few months where my cycles were different lengths i had 31days, 30, 28, then they settled at between 26-28 days. I came off it in september and now im 6 days late from my 28day cycle so i think mine are still settling down even now x

When I came off the pill to conceive my DS my periods when back to normal instantly. But maybe this time round it’s different and my body is still getting used to not being on the pill. Will just have to keep waiting!

Yeah thats the problem every month is different we’d all be lucky if it was simple 😝🙈 beig 6 days late is making me wish it was simple lol x
