Afternoon ladies,
Hope this is OK to post.

I found great support here 3 years ago whilst ttc ds1.

I have had my implant out this morning, mostly to ttc and a little to get rid of irregular bleeding. I'm not quite ready to re join the monthly buses yet but I was wondering about anyone symptom removing implant, or if anyone is getting ready to try for a baby.

If nothing else I'm super broody and just wanted a safe space to say hello.

After having my implant removed, I had every single “symptom” you can imagine. I continued to have them almost every month for about 15 months but they’ve since tailed off and I’m now on month 19 of ttc. So my advice to you is don’t even pay the slightest bit of attention to any symptoms after coming off the implant or any time after that, because they can mean everything and nothing. Not worth the stress. Good luck!

Thanks bubblegum,

I had a feeling having it removed might not be a out and go kind of situation.

Good luck to you too.

Hi nicnak! I had my implant out today too so in exactly the same boat! No idea how long it will take for cycle to settle, hopefully not too long. They say you can get pregnant straight away but that seems like it would be too good to be true! Hard to know when's best to DTD, presumably as much as possible?!? X
