Advice on IB

Hey all sorry if this is TMI or have been asked before.

I went to the toilet and when wiping (sorry tmi) there were a couple of stringy bits of red. Hardly anything and that was it no more after that. It was not much at probably smaller than a pinky nail all together

Ive been having cramps all morning too.

Hard to tell with PCOS and irregular cycles but I think AF is due in approx 9 days.

Could this be IB?

It could be IB but if it’s stringy, I’d be more inclined to say ovulation bleeding?

@justwaitingforaline I thought this but I think ive already ovulated unless it's super late..that being said I dno how long my cycles should be atm so I guess it could be but I'm already on CD22 approximately

I'm on my first cycle of using an app and it ties in perfectly time wise with what I read here

"Stringy red blood discharge in pregnancy is the heavier mucus discharge mixed with blood. The normal events of pregnancy, such as implantation of the embryo in the uterus or the normal changes in the cervix, can cause this bleeding. This stringy, bloody discharge could also come from an abnormal pregnancy or a cervical infection,

At about three days after ovulation, the early embryo (blastocyst stage) begins to implant in the lining of the uterus. Some women may notice some small amount of stringy, red, brownish, or pinkish mucus discharge shortly after."

Think I'm just being too hopeful but yeah xx
