I had a chemical last year in October - took 2 months to bleed. Had a very heavy period in December. Normal period January and February but in March my period didn't come so I tested and got a very light positive on a FRER which didn't get any darker and eventually disappeared. Again I didn't bleed for what would have been 2 months...I bled for 7 days but it wasn't heavy but was a period.

The last couple of days I have been feeling really car sick (a symptom of pregnancy) for me so took another test an got another faint line. We haven't had sex since my period so am totally confused. Clearly not a viable pregnancy as it hasn't got any darker all week but its not getting lighter either - very confused.....

Any ideas??

Wait 2-3 days and test again? If still no change then see your Dr.

You could try testing with diluted urine just in case your period wasn’t a period and you’re more pregnant than expected (google the hook effect). Otherwise I’d say go to the GP and get your blood bHCG monitored in case there’s some retained products or something else going on.
