If you use the clear blue advanced ovulation sticks do you use a new holder each month? I thought it was meant to get to know your hormone levels but each packet has a new holder in. I'm on the second month of using them and have used a new holder. I'm now on day 5 of flashing smiley. Maybe I should have used the old holder. What do you do?

I believe you can use the same holder for 5/6 cycles and it will remember your hormone levels! If you use a new one, it has to get to know your cycle again and will result in more flashing smileys

I'm now on my 7th day of a flashing smile. Any ideas why that might be?

I never get to see the flashing face! Sorry, I know that isn't really any help.

Rainyshowers · 23/04/2018 15:12

Hopefully tomorrow is my day then. I'm getting a bit fed up of waiting...

Maybe @Twittlebee your estrogen rises really fast so it's straight to a static smile whereas my rise is very very slooooow!

Rainyshowers certainly could be it! Would make sense. Just DTD as much as possible around the flashing faces, especially as then you'll have the sperm waiting there ready for the egg
