Ovarian reserve?

So I've just received a letter from my gyno telling me that all my blood tests to check on my hormones come back normal. And the ultra sound to check my tubes has also been reported completely normal. However it says 'there is enough ovarian reserve. What does that even mean? It doesn't say my egg quality is poor or even that it's good so I'm slightly confused on what that even means??

Can anyone shed some light please?

Thanks in advance.

There is no test for egg quality. Age is the best indicator.

Ovarian reserve is show many eggs you have left. You don't make eggs after you're born so you're stuck with only a certain number of eggs. When they're gone, you enter menopause. But apparently, you have the expected number of eggs left for your age.

(Explanation simplified somewhat).
