I Decided 2 month ago to start taking Agnus cactus after still having irregular periods since stopping depo March 2017.
The first month period was fine. Now for 3 days (cd14,15,16) I have had left ovary pain and red spotting. Only when I go to the toilet when I wipe. None in the toilet and only tiny bit on a pad.
How much blood do you lose for ovulation spotting or is it another weird period or side effect of Agnus Cactus?
