Worried about ovulation

Using the clear blue advanced fertility monitor again as trying for baby number two, have set up a new cycle and starting testing when requested, so far it's displayed low,there's still some testing days left, just bit worried that I'm not going to ovulate.

Isn't it meant to be something like one in every 8 cycles you just don't ovulate? I may have made that up!

Also, maybe it's just a really long cycle. I didn't ovulate until day 30 this cycle- I had 12 days of 'high fertility' before peak. That was after a miscarriage though but it has been in the late 20's before. Try not to worry and keep testing (if you want to).

@seven201 I read on the instruction leaflet that if it displays low on all testing days it may mean you haven't ovulated. Have been off the pill since January, considering going to my doctor's to see what is going on. Think I will carry on testing and see what happens. This was a longer cycle than the last one.

How frustrating. Maybe you could buy some cheap ovulation sticks and use them just for the end of this month. It might just be a random month and next month will be back to normal. One month when ttc seems like forever though!

@seven201 it's really frustrating, I did get some cheap ovulation tests from home bargain which did show a near positive, then decided to use the monitor again as it was just sitting in a drawer and I got pregnant using it the last time. Strange how suddenly when you start TTC it seems like ages! X
