That sounds like my perfect meal @LimpLettice ! Unfortunately I can't be assed with that level of cookery tonight. I've got eggs, spinach and sweet pots (obvs), so might do a frittata type thing.

My in-laws have cooked. I've been out today and they've been visiting us at home. They will be there when I get back, apparently with "top nosh". I will then have to make small talk instead of slobbing in front of the TV (having some cramps so feeling a bit worried)! Can't complain though, MIL always cleans the bathroom while she's here!

I don't know if I'd be chuffed or offended if my MIL cleaned my bathroom 😂😂😂

Oh, I gave it a scrub this morning before she turned up. Too embarrassed to let her see it in its normal state! She's nice about cleaning, says I'm too busy working (true) but it does make me feel weird she drives to see us and then cleans!

I remember arguing with a sonographer about dates, saying I'm def 'x' she said well by the leg length measurement I think they do, you're def 'y' I was confused how I'd nearly lost a week.

Then with PFB they managed to mix something up and I got an extra scan as they had me down as 16wks when only past 12. Got a free piccie for the stress too.

The thing I hated about EPAU was how they'd say oh you again, like it was my favourite place to be. I'd be there praying everything was ok when it seldom was. Even the sonographer made a sharp comment once, she meant well but it didn't come across like that.

Changing the subject but has anyone had to have the chlamydia swab as part of fertility testing? I've got to have one and I was a bit . Apparently it's routine before you have a hycosy.

Yes I had to have one. I had to take a letter along to the HyCoSy to prove it was clear.

@FairyAnn I’ve had about 3 during all my visits about my short cervix. Also tested for gonorrhoea, bacterial vaginosis and other bugs. Chlamydia is common and often asymptomatic but a treatable cause of infertility so I think it makes sense.

Also having had nasty uterine infections twice now (one after emcs, one during miscarriage #3) I’ll do anything to avoid more as they make me so ill and can only make my adhesions worse.

Hi @FairyAnn - I had to have that too before my first appt. so must be standard. The hosp had to have results before we were given first fertility appt. Makes sense for things like hycosy, as there is already a risk of infection so you don't want an existing, unknown infection being pushed further in.

Morning ladies. Sorry I've been AWOL last few days been spending time with my mum and riding out this af week.....not been too bad. Had a nice few drinks Friday and Saturday night was lovely to let my hair down. My mum bought me this little pregnancy totem that you put all your worries on and put it under your pillow. Let's see if that works this month!

Roast was amazing, I have to say.

Gearing up last minute prep today for next weekend, having forgotten it's my oldest friends 40th and I've also offered to have ExDps stepson for the day, so it's manic. Having a last lazy half hour in bed then it's overdrive mode. Shits getting real!
