Late but neg test

Hey all
A bit of background. Me and my Husband have been ttc for just under 2 years. I had an ectopic 11 mi the ago (ruptured at 8 weeks and 1 tube removed). My periods are fairly irregular - averaging between 22 and 27 days. Last month was a 22 cycle.

I track my cycles in an app and passed on it’s calculated average of 25 days I should be been due last Tuesday. Is been feeling a little
Ikky so rested last wed (-). Still no sign by Friday and -. Over last few days I’ve been really hungry, really tired and felt washed out. Today I feel really light headed and like I’m on a different planet. I tested yesterday afternoon and -.

Really stressing as although I have irregular periods I’ve never had them this late (currently at 32 days).

So... having done the whole obsessive googling thing, I've stumbled across some articles saying that travel can affect periods. As anyone experienced this?

I returned 2 week ago from a fortnight in Canada (so trans Atlantic flights/6 hour time difference).

I have. I once had a 60 day cycle after a trans-Atlantic flight (last leg of journey was about 1.5/2 weeks before period was due). Although I have irregular cycles, I tended to be around 35 days. Around the time it was due, I felt similar symptoms to you and negative tests. I eventually got my period when the next months' was due! Hope you get your answers sooner than I did.

Well, it's 10 days since AF should have appeared... still no sign.
I'm guessing it is due to the flying but the not knowing is doing my head In!

I was 20 days late for mine last month. Was due on the end of March but didn’t come on until last Thursday!
