Hi,

I’m getting a lot of symptoms that could be related to pregnancy including some blood on the tissue when I wiped two days ago! I took an opk today as I heard it can show if somebody is pregnant (it’s all I had , didn’t have a pregnancy test to hand) it came up with two lines ... what does that mean?

Could someone give me some advice, I came off the microgynon pill 3 weeks ago, had my withdrawal bleed 4 days after and now I’m feeling cramping pains for the last 2 days, feeling sick and really tired. I’ve done a test which was negative but I presume it’s too early anyway. Just done an ovulation test and it’s got 2 lines on it. Can anyone help me, I’ve googled it but finding different answers

That's a positive LH test. The test line is darker than the control. Which means you should ovulate in the next 12-24 hours.

So not a pregnancy line? I’ve got the worst pains and ache in my lower stomach but this is probably due to ovulation approaching then xx

If you want to test for pregnancy then you need an HCG test! You can't rely on an LH test for that.
