Looking for luvely ladies with long cycles who want to swap tips on how to shorten your cycle..doesnt matter how bonkers I ve tried it all !😘

I take 9 scoops twice a day Flap I was taking 18 once a day but it gave me the runs . You could take 6, 3 times a day, just depends what you find easiest.
I ignored the back of the pack because obviously I want to take more than the 1500mg a day it tells you about.
Have you been getting on on with it alright?
I accidentally knocked mine over last night, so I lost loads all in the floorboards

Oh blimey are you meant to take that much?! I only got inositol last week & started taking 4 scoops which is 2000mg but it made me feel really sick so took it down to 500mg & day & am buildinf it up slowly.

What is the ideal amount, do you know?

@FlapJackered gd to know someone in the exact same boat mine are getting taken on the 28th whens ur appt? @Lilsquish thanks hun yh its normally cd21 but i dnt ovulate until about cd27 so itl b cd34 for me its normally done a wk after u ovulate @Aph413 well even if yous missed ovulation its gd that ur cycles seem to b gettin shorter thats a bonus just the waiting game now..hows ur little kitty?

@tinyradish they are tiny scoops. 7 scoops for 1500mg 14 for 3g do I did some maths and got 18 for 4g. I had to build up from 750mg which is the dosage written on the bag. It's only from myprotein rather than anywhere selling it for fertility.
Where is yours from? 4g a day is recommended for fertility.

thisis kitten is getting bigger every time I get a new photo. Really excited but we don't collect until July so it feels ages away.
I'm really hoping af comes tomorrow and that ovusense was right.

Thanks @Aph413 have been majorly bloated today and I think it's taking it all in one go, so going to split it from tomorrow. I have already ovulated so think it will be next cycle to see if it works. Fx'd!

Do they not do it in tablet form?

Im gonna see how long my cycle is this month and then possibly start taking inositol x

Thanks aph, got mine from bulk powders which is 500mg a scoop so I'll work out how many are needed a day for 4g :)

Haven't seen it I'm tablet form lilsquish which is quite weird really! Maybe it absorbs better in powder?

@Lilsquish look on amazon, I think they have some in tablet form, they are just a little more pricey.

Just thought it would be easier to take.

lilsquish yes its in tablet form but because the dose is 4g you're taking 8 tablets a day which adds up very quick. You can add it to any non carbonated drink without caffeine. I usually mix it in my fruit juice in the morning and a milkshake in the evening. It doesn't taste of anything anyway.

tinyradish 8 scoops for 4g. I'd start with 2 scoops a day and build it up 1 scoop at a time til you're taking 8. But maybe split it into 4 2 scoop doses? That should stop any stomach issues, mine came from taking 4g in one dose. I'd then spend all day with a bad stomach, took me way too long to realise why.

Iv never done temping but have read bits n pieces about it.

If the chart is right then yes that dip could be implantation. Unfortunately ovulation moved back to the original day 22 today. Frustrating since that would make me 17dpo and since I didn't have sex at all around that date I should be on my period by now

It's been great lilsquish this is my first full cycle so obviously it's possible it's not got it right yet.
Easy to insert and I only find it a little uncomfortable when my cervix is really low. Other than that it's brilliant, I got it because of work patterns too.

Def gonna look into getting it for next cycle

although hopefully wont need it as il have a huge big bfp lol

I do. But always worry that theyre not reliable.

I just get the cheap ebay ones.

If i had a 'normal' 28 day cycle it would be now. Gahhh so annoying.

@Lilsquish i never had a +opk until i used clearblue u should look for them on groupon etc they always do deals on them..i always end up thinking that if i had a normal cycle id know if i was pregnant by now lol im on cd22 so i think its the start of my fertile wk fx !

Are they the individual test strips or is it the digital one you use?

@Lilsquish theyr digital ones so they r more expensive thats why i only get them from groupon or wowcher lol fx its both our turn this cycle ive not got my blood tests until the 28th feels like an eternity thats before i even get the results uuugh oh has docs on the 21st to get the ball rolling with SA feel for him wouldnt fancy that

My OH had that test a couple of years ago and all was fine thankfully.

But might need to get it repeated.
