Ovulation and positive opk test

Can you ovulate the same day as a positive opk test? The reason I'm asking is the day I had positive opk test I had cramps in the evening and I was wondering if its possible I ovulated on the same day as positive opk?

a positive opk indicates ovulation so yes! The egg is normally released 12-36 hours after a positive x
