Help...am I ovulating (Advance TMI!)

Had miscarriage at 11 weeks in November. Been TTC since then with no luck but have been temping and using OPKs. Since December have had positive signs for ovulation through these two methods on day 13 or 14, like clockwork. This month though decided to throw it all out the window. The stress of it all and tracking everything I don't think is good for me. I'm just trying to forget. Having said that, I know I am on CD7 today so theoretically 6 or 7 days away from ovulating. Just went to bathroom and noticed lots of CM. Not egg white but pretty close. What is going on??? Am I ovulating super early? Now I'm stressed about NOT tracking and testing! Gah...you can't win!

SophieStripe it may be worth asking your GP for an ovulation blood tests. I had one following an mc, the GP recommended it without me having to ask. You have it done roughly mid cycle and they can tell if you’re likely to have ovulated or are just about to. My cycles seem to be getting shorter too as I get older. I have never used OPK’s but EWCM arrives on about CD8, pretty much right after AF goes!

Op- you may or may not be about to ovulate. Miscarriages can really put the whole system out of whack. Bodies are not clocks, so there is always the chance for something to change.

I would ignore purple's advice. No offence, but it doesn't really contain information relevant to you (or detailed enough to be useful info).

If you want to know when you ov, you have to track. Use opks or bbt. If you want the relaxed approach, you'll heave to be ok with not quite knowing...
