I figured it out!

@Sloeberrygin maternity services in Milton Keynes are a little bit shit. Not allowed to self refer for anything! Feel like a fraud taking an emergency GP appointment when there could be someone in real need.
My surgery have made me a general appointment for May 17th! Yes you heard that correctly!
However I can't really slate them. If I stamp a bit I always get seen the same day or at least a phone call.

I'm just being impatient! AF is around the corner I'm sure

I've also totally lost positive feeling. This month is 100% not my month - crampy, grumpy, gassy (!) and other AF signs hit me early evening. Urgh. Hey ho. Sorry you're feeling the same but it's supportive to know there are others feeling similar..

Ps full disclosure... hubby and I are drinking G&Ts and have just ordered an Indian 😜

My dr said it probably didn't do anything except have a placebo effect which made me relax. But hey I'll take that and I'm still taking it now.

@L1zz13 I noticed that my resting heart rate went up at implantation then dropped a few weeks after Mc. Not noticed anything in normal cycles though.

Loving the pet pics - I don't have one unfortunately, hubby not up for it (grumpy git), not even a hamster!

to all the disappointed ladies this week & continued luck to all. I have a Q- do/did people count post-mc CD1 as the day you passed the sac? I just reinstalled my period tracker, though I know these things are far from an exact science after mc!

@melamine I counted first day of bleeding (there was no spotting for me) as day 1, and the rest of the cycle played as normal - but normally very regular and predictable.

thanks for all your replies previously. Unfortunately AF arrived right on time for our anniversary yesterday. Onto next month, now been TTC for >6 months and at only age 26 feeling like a bit of a failure. Hope everyone is feeling a bit more positive than me this morning - I will cheer up in a couple of days, always feel like this in the days before and first day or so of AF.

@Melamine I bled for 2 weeks before actually passing the sac so I counted the day I passed the sac as CD1 and I ovulated on CD21. AF came 12 days later, so it ended up being a fairly normal cycle which I didn’t expect!

I'm starting to feel terrified. Very aware test day is tomorrow and not sure if I can bear to do it and see a bfn.
I have a question re temping. The last few days I keep waking up at 3am ish to pee so I temp then and then take it again when I wake up properly. I record the later one to keep the same time and it's usually the same as the earlier one. Yesterday it was 0.25 lower at 3am and then the same at 6:30am. I actually did it 3 times in a row at 6:30 and without moving it was 36.2 then 36.47 then 36.46. Not sure which one to record. If I do the lower one it dips below cover line and goes up again today. If I do higher it has gone down slightly today. I'm so confused!!! Thoughts??

Bobo I always recorded the first temp of the day and used that. So I would use your first at 6:30am

Bit the bullet and booked a docs appointment, have to wait 2 weeks though. Going to see what suggestions he has about these miscarriages and see if I can get referred to the clinic..
Feeling better today, we've decided 3 more months and then that's it.
