Me and hubby have decided to use the clearblue fertility monitor again as we are trying for baby no 2. Hubby has said that he is going to make more of an effort this month as he wants another baby just as much as me. The monitor says to start testing on the 13th of April which will be cycle day 6, should we be bd on each of those days if possible? X

Hi, I’m using clear blue advanced fertility monitor and didn’t start bd until it said high, then peak. Was a long 10day stretch. This is my first cycle using monitor, good luck

Hi @Help201602 does seem like quite a lot of days to test but don't want to miss any opportunity, have been using ovulation tests but not sure how reliable they are and thought may as well use the monitor again. Good luck to you too ☺️ x

I’ve just started using these too, @Help2001602 how long did it take you to get peak ? I have had 1 day of negative and 6 days of high so far....no peak x

Hi girls, I used the monitor. On the first month, it will ask you to test a lot- it is learning your cycle. I began testing on day 6 and for the following 19 days. I had 4 highs beginning on day 10, followed by 2 peak days on CD 15 and 16. I conceived the first month using it with DD1 and currently pregnant with DC2, conceived the 2nd month of using it. Obviously it could be a complete coincidence. Incidentally, it did tell me to test a lot less in the 2nd cycle- 10 test sticks instead of 20.
Good luck 😊 xxx

I’m on cycle day 22 and I’m due on in 10days. I used the calculator thing on the Clearblue website to find the day to start testing which said day 16, I started on day 15. Do you think I should of started testing earlier ?

Lauraliverpool · 10/04/2018 10:23

@RD15 I used the monitor and got pregnant with my son. Bought the refill test sticks, according to the monitor due to start testing on Friday. I'm hoping it works for us again. Congratulations to you! X

I started testing on day 6, I think you probably should of started earlier but I’m no expert, in case you ovulate early Carri90
