....i feel different. Been ttc for nearly a year now and getting very down about it, in the early days I would always symptom spot in the 2ww and test loads but after so many disappointments I'm really conscious about not reading into anything.

Now on 13dpo (30 day cycle) and I can't help but feel a tiny glimmer of hope. From around 7-9dpo I kept getting weird little cramps, which I never do before af, been weirdly tired the last few days and today I feel quite sicky and bbs are a bit tingly/itchy.

Caved and tested 10dpo but predictably got bfn.

What do you think? Am I out? Has anyone had similar feelings then got their bfp?

You aren’t out until you get a period. You could be pregnant BUT what I will say is as someone who has been ttc for a long time myself, I will get odd months where I feel “different”. I’ll have weird twinges/cramps, or maybe nausea or sore boobs. Stuff I wouldn’t consider standard for my tww but I’ve not been pregnant so far. I think when you are so in tune with your body, you will always subconsciously notice things that don’t seem normal. During the tww, symptoms aren’t pregnancy related anyway, you don’t get actual pregnancy symptoms until about 4-5 weeks. So either way, I really wouldn’t overthink, our bodies are good at being real dicks. Wait and see if your period is late and then test again if it is. Good luck
